17.30 - 18.30 - Yoga
A guided yoga practice combining movement with breath, a variety of postures, breathing techniques, mindfulness. Ending with meditation and relaxation.
10.00 - 11.00 - Yoga

Yoga for me is about coming home to myself.
Nourishing and taking care of my body through my yoga practice.
Learning about self awareness and finding acceptance with who I am.
For most of my adolescent years I struggled with anxiety, confidence and found it difficult to just be myself.
I first began my yoga journey in 2011.
I started going regularly to yoga classes and participating in weekend workshops and meditation sessions.
This is when I realised that yoga was having a quite an impact on my moods, energy levels and I genuinely started to feel more at ease with myself.
I travelled to South India for a few months in 2012 and began practice yoga everyday.
This is when a paradigm shift happened for me and I began to connect with myself on a much deeper level than I had ever experienced before.
I fell in love with yoga and knew then that I wanted to continue my journey to become a teacher and share this wonderful feeling of contentment and well being.
In January 2017 I returned to South India and graduated in a 200 hours teacher training course (TTC) at an international school called Trimurti.
This was such an amazing experience and I came away feeling refreshed and full of knowledge with a deeper understanding of yoga and myself.
It’s helped me become more connected to the present moment, expressing gratitude for the little things in life and so much more respect for my body and how I treat it.
I have gained confidence, self esteem and strength on my mat, which I can then apply into my everyday life and it's challenging moments!
I feel very grateful and honoured to be teaching and to share my love and knowledge for yoga.
